We offer services of waterjet cut for third parties.
During the last 20 years, we have constantly renovated and expanded our equipment. Today we are able to cut, shape, and drill every type of material, even of high thickness, rapidly and precisely, without physical alterations, mechanical deformations and structural modifications of the material and without any burrs.
Having four, three axes, CNC machines with double head we can briefly satisfy all your needs.
We have been serving customers with different needs for years, from the furniture of single pieces to the production of mass-produced components, from the cut of simple shapes to the more complex ones.
PERSONALIZED ADVICE
Thanks to the presence of specialized technicians, we can give you any useful advice for the creation of your products. If you only have the graphic project, without the idea of how to realize it, our experts are available to translate your ideas into cut drawings. We have advanced CNC software for an optimized design, also to guarantee the maximum raw material saving. We can advise you in the technical choices and follow you throughout the whole processing.

WHAT IS WATERJET CUT
Waterjet cut is an extremely effective technology that finds application in numerous fields, and which is gaining much popularity in industrial field.
This process is based on erosion, and it consists of a jet of water, with or without an abrasive, that is expelled at a very high pressure (until 3600 bar), through a one millimeter diameter orifice, giving shape to sharp and precise cuts on different materials even of considerable thickness.
The cutting groove width is very small, and this allows to obtain a minimum quantity of removed material.
With waterjet system we are able to easily cut special and alloys steels, marble, glass, ceramics, composites and materials of all kinds reducing scraps.
Waterjet technology consists of a cold cutting process that doesn’t produce chemical or physical alterations on the cut material avoiding the local damages that would be made by using other technologies. Materials are not subjected to mechanical, thermal, or even structural stresses.
The industrial process is totally environmentally friendly, and it doesn’t produce polluting waste material or harmful fumes.
The machines are highly technological and simple to program, this makes the waterjet technology more accessible and convenient.
